JUMPING® BASIC DIPLOMA is the basic training for beginning instructors. After the successful passing of the Jumping® Basic training, the instructor obtains the “JUMPING® INSTRUCTOR” certificate, based on which he can lead Jumping® lessons. The Jumping® BASIC diploma training is a proven programme we started to work on already in 2005 when the first participants passed this training in the Czech Republic. “We were aware that the long-term experience with the Jumping® programme will not be enough for compiling a unique Jumping® training. That was one of the reasons why we graduated from the Charles University - Faculty of Physical Education and Sports. We have compiled the training outline in order to prepare starting Jumping® instructors perfectly for their new role of a “Jumping® instructor”, Jana and Tomas agree. During the Jumping® Basic training, the graduate learns the basics of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. A major part of the training is dedicated to the practical part. The Master trainers will teach you correct execution of individual exercises. With their friendly but strict approach, they will evaluate you throughout the training. During these two days, the future instructors will try leading a Jumping® lesson with a group of people alone. The future instructors are evaluated throughout the training. We do not award the graduates with the Jumping® BASIC diploma for mere participation.
A direct follow-up training of the Jumping® Basic diploma is the JUMPING® ADVANCED DIPLOMA that can be voluntarily participated by the graduates of the Jumping® Basic training. This programme has been compiled based on long-term experience not only with Jumping® but also based on the experience with the world of fitness. The advanced training is led by two Master trainers, which ensures high quality and a professional level. It consists of two days of training, which is divided into 4 parts. The first part of the training is dedicated to the tuition of new exercises and combinations. The next part is dedicated to the analysis of the body using the “InBody” that precisely determine the composition of your body. The Master Trainers then explain the basics of food and food-rated myths. Active participation of the instructors follows, where they are tested concerning the newly obtained knowledge and skills. The fourth part of the Advanced training is dedicated to training with the FXE® device. The Master Trainers determine the minimum number of points that the instructors must collect by jumping. The points are awarded by the FXE® based on the correct technique, intensity, and rhythm, and the effort given. In the case of successful fulfilment of all the aforementioned points, the participant obtains the Jumping® Advanced Diploma of a specific level, namely: gold, silver, or bronze.
