Jumping, or trampoline jumping, is an activity that you'll simply fall in love with. It's a dynamic fitness activity, which is done on specially-designed Jumping® PROFI trampolines. In the class, you will alternate between fast and slow jumps, dynamic sprints as well as strengthening and balance exercises.

Jumping® provides a high-intense workout with minimal joint impact. Unlike exercises as such as running, you'll strengthen your entire body, without over-straining your joints. Due to the combination of fun exercises and motivating music, Jumping® eliminates the boredom that can be felt by repeating the same exercise.
