Jumping® PROFI Trampoline

The core of Jumping® fitness exercising is a high-quality safe trampoline. During its 13-year history, JSTB International, s. r. o. (the mother company of Jumping®) has tried many types of trampoline, and which have often been amended to suit our sport’s particular needs. Improvements to the Jumping® program have increased demands on the trampoline itself. By careful development and testing, we have created a trampoline whose quality outstrips that of all other similar products. The construction shape has been carefully chosen to provide a complex compromise between compactness, size, design and the possibilities for specific ranges of movement during Jumping® exercises. To meet the dynamic development demands of our customers, we are just beginning the mass production of our own professional Jumping® PROFI trampoline.

Trampoline details

Labelling: J6H130 - Jumping® PROFI

Commercial name: Jumping® PROFI trampoline

Technical data and description: The basic load-bearing structure of the Jumping® PROFI trampolines consists of a unique hexagonal tubular steel skeleton, elastic rubber ropes anchoring the fixed stringing, six bearing legs and single-axis supporting handlebars. Diagonally, the trampoline measures 130 centimeters, and thanks to the new system of springing the overall weight is only 13 kilograms.

Tubular frame: As the basic weight-bearing mechanism, the frame is the most important part of the trampoline. It absorbs considerable energy and directly affects the quality of springing movements during the exercising. The frame employs a proprietary shape which has been designed to suit its unique function and boasts a level of steel quality that meets our uncompromising demands and strict manufacturing regulations.

Trampoline legs: Rich butt welds connect the legs to the basic load-bearing bearing construction. Thus, together with the hexagonal trampoline, they constitute one unit. The rubber skid-proof tips on the bottom of the legs guarantee stable contact with the ground and ensure that the movement of the trampoline does not leave any dirt or marks on the floor.

Trampoline stringing: The stringing is of a hexagonal shape and consists of polythene MESH, strengthened by a galloon sewn from both sides. The stringing material provides advanced skid-proof and anti-static finishing and therefore eliminates any safety and health hazards.

Rubber ropes: An innovative system of rubber ropes guarantees dynamic springing that is relatively quiet, with the added advantage of avoiding expenses arising from damaged springs (a feature of older types of trampolines).

Handlebars: These are manufactured from the same material as the trampoline frame. The handlebars are of the single-axis type and the handlebars are locked by a mechanism that employs only one arresting lock. The shape and design is tailored to Jumping® exercise requirements.

Specified usage method: The Jumping® trampoline is intended solely for Jumping® group fitness exercise led by an instructor trained in the Jumping® program. Other methods of usage are not recommended. Only properly targeted usage guarantees the safety and long lifespan of the Jumping® PROFI trampoline.

Maximum load/load bearing capacity of the Jumping® PROFI trampoline: 120 kilograms. Overloading leads to excessive stress on the pliable parts of the stringing. If overloaded, the lifespan and the pliable aspects of the trampoline may be detrimentally affected.

Number of users simultaneously using the trampoline: The trampoline may be used by a maximum of one person at a time. A trained Jumping® instructor who is authorized to lead Jumping® exercising lessons is always responsible for the safe operation of the trampoline.

Transportation, installation, handling and setting up: The transportation, operating personnel training and installation in the desired setting is always undertaken by the supplier. Handling may be performed only by trained professional personnel.

Checking and maintenance: Regular checking of the pliable parts and handlebars is necessary for optimum trampoline performance. Before each exercise session we visually check all parts of the trampoline. After each session it is advisable to wipe the surface of the trampoline with a disinfectant and, with help of a paper handkerchief, to remove any residual sweat from the exposed surface. Every month we check the state of the rubber ropes (for signs of wear and over-stretching) and ensure that the eyelets in the trampoline stringing have not been torn out).

Putting the appliance out of order: In the event that any defect in a trampoline is detected, the trampoline must be taken out of service, distinctively marked with tape, and kept out-of-bounds until the necessary repair work is accomplished.

Residual risks and prohibited methods of usage: Before exercising the handlebars must always be installed. The Jumping® PROFI trampoline is not intended to be used by children under 14 years of age.

Appliance disposal: In compliance with current regulations, defunct appliances are dismounted and divided into their component parts (steel, rubber, polythene) for disposal.

Warranty conditions: The supplier provides a 24-month warranty. The warranty does not apply to usual wear and tear (to the rubber ropes and stringing).

Supply contents: Hexagonal trampoline construction, including legs and handlebars, plus installation and usage instructions.

Service and repairs: Always guaranteed by the producer.

When the above mentioned conditions are met, the product is safe for use.
